Out-of-print catalogue made for Kitajima's exhibition at Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of photography, compiling series taken during trips in Japan, the US, Russia and Eastern Europe from the 1970's to the 1990's. A student of Daido Moriyama, Kitajima co-founded with him CAMP, the first independent photo gallery of Tokyo in 1979 (depicted in this book) and published monthly 'Photo Express', a fanzine documenting Tokyo's nightlife.
